If you use this website you are regarded as having accepted the following General Terms and Conditions, which include our Privacy Policy and Conditions of Sale where relevant, so please read and abide by them.
2A. Description
A full and detailed description of every product is viewable online, please ensure before agreeing to buy a particular product that you have read the full details.
2B. Price
All items for sale though our website are priced in pounds sterling and are inclusive of any UK taxes that may apply unless stated otherwise. Patrick Baxter Limited is a non-VAT registered company.
Prices do not include
i) Any other sales taxes in your country or state
ii) The amount of any customs or importation duties applicable to the goods as levied by the tax officials in the country of destination
3. Availability
Courses and gift vouchers etc sold through the online shop will be automatically removed from sale availability if there is a maximum number available, but we also make available the same stock to callers to the studio premises and these sales have to be manually removed from the online shop stock; although we endeavour to update the stock on the website daily it is inevitable that occasionally an item you purchase online will have already sold from the premises that day and not yet been removed from the stock. In this event you will be informed as soon as possible and your money refunded in full; in the case of paypal payments this is a straight reversal of the sale and you wont incur any charges.
4. Payment
i) Patrick Baxter Limited is not licensed to offer ‘Online Credit Facilities’ therefore all orders must be paid for when ordering.
ii) Payments may be made through our Secure Site and we accept most leading credit and debit cards and Paypal.
iii) Products orders / shop items not paid for within 24 hours are returned to stock if we have not managed to contact you for further instructions about taking payment.
